Cancel a Sent Postcard

There is a timeframe that you can cancel sending a postcard if you need to or notice mistakes in the campaign. We hold the postcard for about 24 hours in which you can cancel. There are no charges for postcards that have been canceled within this window.

Cancel a postcard campaign

If you're within the 24-hour window that allows cancellations, find the campaign in the Postcards page of your account.

Find the Postcard by navigating to the Postcards page. You can use the search bar at the top by the name of the postcard or other criteria.


Select STOP SENDING and the campaign will stop. If you're past the 24-hour window, this button will be gone. Contact our support team for help.
